Some ideas for groups include: clients, office socials, birthday or anniversary celebrations, mixers, book clubs, garden clubs, school groups, youth groups, religious groups, fundraisers, home school groups or family reunions.
Our Special Events room is available for pre- or post-show receptions to make your evening even more memorable! We have a list of recommended caterers and can work with you to plan a premier evening for your guests.

Theatrical Outfit has special 11am matinees for students. Tickets are $15 each. These shows tend to sell out quickly, so reserve seats as early as possible by calling 678.528.1497or emailing email@example.com.

- How do I purchase group tickets on your website?
Discounted tickets and priority seating and service are only available through our group sales office. Call: 678.528.1504.
- Do I need to pay in advance for a group?
The group order must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to your performance date. For large groups (25+) who wish to reserve tickets for a performance up to 3 months in advance, we require a non-refundable payment of 50% with the balance due one month prior to your performance.
- May I add to or subtract from the number in my group?
Until the order is submitted, you may adjust as needed, but once your order is placed, tickets are non-refundable. Additions may be made at the group rate at any time subject to availability.
- Is there seating for special-needs patrons in my group?
The Balzer Theater at Herren’s has several options for handicapped or limited mobility patrons. Because the theater is so intimate, all seats are good seats! Please include that information in your order request, so we can seat your group accordingly.
- Do I have to pay for my group in full or can they pay individually?
In order to obtain the lowest prices, we cannot process a group order as we would individual tickets. Group orders must be paid in full, using a single form of payment.
- How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit or debit cards for Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as cash. We can also accept money orders, company or school/university checks, but we cannot accept personal checks.
- Where do I pick up my group tickets?
If there is enough time and you request it, we can mail your tickets to the address you provide at an extra charge. Otherwise, tickets will be held at Will Call under your name on the date of your performance. You can always stop by the box office during regular hours to pick them up as well.
