Balzer achieves LEED Silver Certification
The Balzer Theater at Herren’s, home of Theatrical Outfit in downtown Atlanta, has achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The new facility, the first free-standing theater in the southeast to receive LEED certification, also received an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Development of Excellence Award.
