Subscriptions for Theatrical Outfit’s 2009 – 2010 Season are available NOW! If you are a current subscriber for Previews, Opening Night, all other Regular Performances or Flex Pass, please call the box office to renew. While we cannot promise same seat requests, we will do our best to accommodate. Additional or new subscriptions can also be taken now.

Guest Information
Exchange Policy: Subscribers may exchange tickets in advance to another performance of the same production in the same price level free of charge. Single ticket holders can exchange tickets 24 hours in advance with an exchange fee. Unused tickets may also be turned in 24 hours in advance for a tax deductible donation letter for the face value of unused tickets. Past–dated tickets are not exchangeable.
Theater Access: The Balzer Theater is accessible to patrons with special needs. If you need wheelchair seating, please tell the Box Office when you purchase your tickets. Assisted listening devices also are available from the House Manager.
Parking: Self parking is available at several lots along Luckie Street, ranging from $4 to $10. We recommend parking at the LAZ Parking Deck in the block next to the theater or the Equitable Building’s Central Parking Deck, off Fairlie. Both are open 24 hours a day.
House Rules: In consideration of our patrons and casts, we do not allow infants, electronic equipment, food or drink in the house.
Late Arrival and Seating: All shows will begin on time unless the Theater Management holds the house due to traffic and/or weather or other related delays for our patrons. Any tickets not claimed at will call by the scheduled show time will be released to the House and Box Office Manager to use at their discretion. Seating once the show has started is also at the discretion of the House Manager.
Seats are assigned. No general seating. We do not send email confirmations or make phone confirmations for tickets purchased online. If you would like confirmation of your purchase, please call the box office at 678.528.1500.
