- Do I need to pay in advance for a group?
Yes. Your group order must be paid in full in order for us to be able to hold your seats.
- How far in advance should I purchase group tickets?
We recommend that groups purchase their tickets at least one month in advance.
- May I purchase group tickets to today’s performance?
Yes, if seats are available.
- May I reserve seats with a deposit?
Under special circumstances, we can place a hold on seats with a non-refundable advance payment of 50%. The balance is due 28 days prior to your performance. Seats not paid for in full at that time will be released for sale.
- May I add to number in my group?
Yes. Additions may be made at the group rate at any time subject to availability.
- May I subtract from the number in my group?
No. Once your order is placed, tickets are non-refundable.
- Is there seating for the special-needs patrons in my group?
Yes. The Balzer Theater at Herren’s has excellent seating options for handicapped or limited mobility patrons. Please include that information in your order request to ensure the best seats for your group’s needs.
- Can group members pay for their tickets individually?
No. Group orders must be paid in full, using a single form of payment in order to gain the benefit of group rates.
- How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards(Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover), cash, money orders, and company checks. We cannot accept personal checks.
- Can I purchase group tickets via your website?
No. Group tickets require special handling and are only available through our Box Office. Please Call: 678.528.1500.
- Where do I pick up my group tickets?
Tickets will be held at Will Call under your name on the date of your performance. You can also pick up tickets at the box office during business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please bring ID.
- Can my tickets be mailed?
Yes. Upon request, tickets can be mailed to the address you provide. Handling and mailing fees will be added to your order. This option is not available for orders placed less than 14 days prior to the performance.
