The Balzer Theater is accessible to patrons with special needs. A limited number of wheelchair-accessible seats exist for each show. If you need wheelchair seating, please tell the Box Office when you purchase your tickets. The Box Office can be reached by phone at: 678.528.1500. The Balzer Theater at Herren’s is equipped with Hearing Loop Technology.
A hearing loop is a wire that circles a room and is connected to a sound system. The loop transmits the sound electromagnetically. The electromagnetic signal is then picked up by the telecoil in the hearing aid or cochlear implant.
If your hearing aid doesn’t have a telecoil, you will need a headset plugged into a loop receiver to achieve the same effect.
