Fees vary from $5-$10 (higher on nights when multiple events occur downtown). Most lots are NOT attended. Non-payment will result in booting. Street parking is enforced at metered spaces until 7pm Monday through Saturday, free on Sundays. Traditional parking meters take coins only; multi-space meter machines take credit cards.

Theatrical Outfit is located 2 blocks from the Peachtree Center MARTA station.
Leave the Peachtree Center Station by the Peachtree West/Ellis Street exit; follow the signs to the Library.
Upon exiting the station, cross Carnegie Street and walk two blocks down Forsyth.

Parking for In the Heights at The Rialto Center for the Arts at Georgia State University
IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT PARKING FOR IN THE HEIGHTS ATTENDEES:
All guests to In the Heights at The Rialto Center for the Arts between September 8 – 18, 2016, are able to park in the Equitable Parking Deck at a discounted price of $4 which should be paid upon entry to the facility. The only date that is NOT possible is the matinee on Thursday, September 15; customers coming to the show for the matinee can park at the LAZ Garage at 100 Luckie Street or in the Equitable Building parking lot, subject to availability. If your e-mail is on file we will send you an e-mail with directions and an explanation.
The official parking deck of The Rialto Center for the Arts is the 100 Peachtree Parking Deck, located one block past the theatre, on Fairlie. Go past The Rialto Center for the Arts on Luckie St (Auburn Ave), then take an immediate right as soon as you pass the Quality Hotel (onto Fairlie). Follow the signs that say “Official Rialto Parking” and turn right into the 100 Peachtree Parking Deck. (The deck is not clearly marked as 100 Peachtree, so look for the “Official Rialto Parking” signs and flags). The address for the 100 Peachtree Building Parking Garage at 123 Fairlie St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
To access The Rialto Center for the Arts after parking in the deck, take the elevator to the 3rd floor to exit onto Forsyth Street. Press the green button to the left of the double glass doors to release the locking mechanism and exit onto Forsyth Street. The Rialto will be on your right.
During weekdays, the deck is open during regular business hours, closing at 10:30 PM on non-show nights. On show nights, it stays open until 1 hour after the performance ends. On the weekends, the deck opens for Rialto Series shows, starting 2 hours prior to the performance time and closing 1 hour after the performance ends.
To re-enter the deck after In The Heights, use the same Forsyth Street access to the deck. Swipe your parking ticket through the reader on the right side of the double glass doors to gain entry. The garage closes at midnight. If you paid $4 before the show and do not return to your car before midnight, your $4 is forfeited and you must pay again to exit. There is no attendant at the gate after midnight. Should you have any difficulties with entering or exiting the deck after hours, you may contact 100 Peachtree Building 24-Hour Security at 404-521-6590.
